Short story:
As long as I remember myself, I was always active throughout my life. At school I competed in running & basketball on district and regional levels, and in parallel I was following my passion as a dance performer and competitor. Competing was always a big part of my life. Since dancing was my first love and passion, I was planning to do it professionally. Along the way, I discovered Zumba and became a Zumba instructor – however due to a knee injury I had to stop fitness all together for couple of years.
I was afraid to start again as it was even hard to walk in the beginning. However, the idea of getting back to competitive arena would keep me searching for alternatives to maintain healthy and fit lifestyle. Slowly, after 2 years of break, I started to workout at home, repeating bodyweight workouts I would find online or on social media accounts of Fitness Models – this is how I got hooked up on a different part of fitness – bodybuilding and became obsessed with an idea to get back on the competitive stage, this time as Bikini Fitness Athlete.
In summer of 2015 I finally had enough courage to make the next step and go to the gym for the very first time! With huge help and support from my friend, I discovered the whole new world of barbells and dumbbells, weights, reps & sets. Once I felt ready for the next level, I reached out to my current coach, Berkes Laszlo, who has been coaching me since April 2016. He believed in me and supported me from the very first moment I joined the team. His support and support of the team was a huge factor for me to push as hard as I could to reach the best possible results that I could.
Since then in 7 years, I:
– Had 73 competitions with 35 Gold Medals,
– Competed in the events that I could have only dreamt about before – Olympia Amateur, Arnold Classic, European and World Championships,
– Was awarded as the Most successful amateur Hungarian Athlete in IFBB Elite World Ranking 2017, and the Best Bikini Pro in Hungary in 2018, 2019, 2020.
– Earned an IFBB Elite Pro Card and placed Top 3 at my very first and one of the biggest IFBB Elite Pro Competitions – IFBB Elite Pro Madrid,
– Became an IFBB Posing Coach,
– Became a part of Muscle & Health magazine team
– Received an invitation for invitation-only competition – IFBB Elite Pro Arnold Classic Europe in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.
– Qualified for IFBB Elite Pro World Championship in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022,
– Became European Professional and World Professional Champion.
3Motivation:
I love this sport – it is very straightforward. You get the results based on the effort, energy and dedication you put into your training, diet and rest. No more, no less. It was a very powerful moment when I realized that I could transform the way my body looks. I know that every training, every drop of sweat, and every meal I have – all these either bring me closer or further from my goal. And this is very powerful motivator – knowing that it is YOU and only you responsible for the outcome.
